- Maintenance of buildings and grounds to assure clean and well kept areas.
- Sweep and mop the warehouse floors and throw out all trash; including the
dry warehouse, coolers, and freezers.
- Help check rodent traps weekly on inside and outside bait stations; count
and dispose of rodents properly; reset traps, and log activity.
- Pull pallets from pick slots, sweep, scrub and spray.
- Survey outside grounds and parking lots weekly (or as directed by
supervisor), including weekends; pick up and dispose of trash inside warehouse.
- Remove snow from sidewalks and emergency doors as needed.
- Keep records on warehouse maintenance to be used in safety and sanitation
inspections by the independent sanitation crew or the state inspectors.
- Office maintenance such as changing light bulbs, moving office equipment,
etc.
- General office and bathroom cleaning, including sweeping moping and emptying
trash.
- Help mow and trim grounds as needed.
- Check water levels in batteries on a daily basis. Record and log findings.
- Perform other duties as requested.

- Professional representation of the company through responsible warehousing
skills, professional appearance, and superior customer service must be adhered

Education and Experience
|
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
|
|
Physical Requirements:
|
- Must be able to remain standing and/or walking for a minimum of eight hours
per day, five days per week.
- Must be able to walk on non-forgiving surfaces such as concrete, wood,
metal, and sometimes on slippery and wet surfaces.
- Must be able to bend, twist, climb, and move about easily in small places.
- Must be able to lift objects up to and including 80 pounds.
- Must be able to work effectively in all temperature ranges and subject to
ambient weather conditions.
